What types of service options do you offer?

We offer 4 different types of service options:

+ T-Therapy/Coaching (Traditional Face to Face)

+ P-Therapy/Coaching (Services provided by Phone)

+ I-Therapy/Coaching (Internet based service)

+ Therapy via: LivePerson (per/minute) or Skype (per/hour)

+ E-Therapy/Coaching (Email based services)

If you choose a Non-Traditional therapy/coaching type (specifically Internet or Email) please read this important information and Zoea Life Disclaimer:

a. “Research demonstrates similar rates of client satisfaction between online therapy and face-to-face therapy.”

b. I-Therapy/Coaching provides convenience for clients. Since there is no commute to the office you benefit by saving gas money and preserving mileage on your car.

c. I-Therapy/Coaching gives you the ability to receive services in the comfort of your home or your designated location where you feel the most comfortable.

d. I-Therapy decreases the anxiety associated with the stigma of going to an office for outpatient services.

e. We are aware that if you choose I-Therapy/Coaching internet interruptions may happen. We apologize in advance if disruptions occur. In the event we are unable to reconnect via I-Therapy/Coaching we will resort to P-Therapy/Coaching to complete the session.

f. We provide confidential I-Therapy/Coaching which means our sessions are never recorded, only the Zoea Life professional you have selected will be present, and the venue is located in a private environment where there will be no interruptions.

g. We can only assure confidentiality if you also choose a private environment to receive our services. However, if you choose a public venue (i.e. Starbucks, library, park) we cannot be responsible for your confidentiality in a public environment.
