Zoea Life Workshop Series

The Zoea Life Workshop series offers different topics related to women’s issues to educate, rebuild, and provide a safe forum for these individuals who are seeking restoration and wholeness through Jesus Christ.

Connecting with others with a common goal towards change will help build camaraderie and trust. This will allow the Zoea Life Workshop experience to be meaningful, rich, and worthwhile.

What to Expect

Individuals can expect to have their thinking challenged, and leave with new insights into the following:

+ Identify the root issues for specific behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.

+ Learn how to develop better coping strategies to deal with past or current stressors and learn how to channel them through positive and practical solutions.

+ Embrace a new perspective on specific topics and learn how to incorporate those new thought processes into your everyday life.

+ Learn to live an empowered life versus one in defeat. There are simple truths to help you embrace a better quality of life by accessing the knowledge and resources at your disposal.

+ Learn to remain connected to those who matter the most. This will help you develop more accountability towards your process of change.

+ Learn how to empower, encourage and inspire others through your Zoea Life experience.

Women’s Empowerment Sessions

Zoea Life also hosts a bi-monthly Women’s Empowerment Sessions. The purpose of the Zoea Life Empowerment Session is to provide a safe and confidential place for women to connect with one another and discuss topics that will challenge them to experience personal and spiritual growth by applying Christian truths and principles.

Our women’s empowerment session discussing topics range from (but not limited to):
